Chef - Michał Zjawiński young and ambitious, a seeker of modernity in traditional Polish cuisine. He gained his experience in restaurants and hotels in Krakow and Warsaw, where he worked with many outstanding bosses. He heads a great team of talented and experienced chefs who have been associated with the hotel restaurant since its opening.
